Your email (to sign you in), the lease documents you submit, the analysis results, your reminder dates if you set them, and basic usage records (when you ran an analysis and roughly what it cost us to run).
Your document is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the analysis, and the results are stored in our database (Supabase) so you can see them again without paying twice. We don't sell your documents or your data, and we don't use your leases to advertise to you.
Stripe processes payments (we never see your card number). Supabase hosts the database and login. Vercel hosts the app. Anthropic processes documents to generate analyses. Resend delivers reminder emails if you set them. Each only gets what it needs to do its job.
Email us from your account address and we'll delete your account, your documents' analyses, and your reminders. Payment records stay with Stripe as long as tax law requires.
