TranslateLease is an automated tool that summarizes and explains lease documents using AI. It is not a law firm, we are not your lawyers, and nothing it produces is legal advice. Using it does not create an attorney–client relationship.
AI makes mistakes. Summaries may be incomplete or inaccurate, and landlord–tenant law varies by state, city, and county. Verify anything important against your actual lease and, for high-stakes decisions, a local attorney or tenant-rights organization. You use the output at your own risk.
One-time purchases cover one full analysis. The annual plan renews yearly until you cancel, covers up to 20 analyses per year (3 per day), and can be cancelled anytime — you keep access until the period ends. If an analysis clearly failed, email us and we'll re-run it or refund it.
The service is for individuals reviewing their own leases. Bulk scanning, scraping, reselling access, or hammering the service will get an account limited or closed. If you review leases professionally, contact us — there's a proper plan for that.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We're a summary tool, not an insurer of your lease decisions.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
